You know the old way. It ends here.

The old way
Pause. Rewind. Type the line. Drag the start time, drag the end time. The preacher quotes a verse — open the Bible, find it, copy it in. Repeat a few hundred times.
An hour of work for every ten minutes of sermon.

With the Studio
Drop the video. The machine transcribes, sets every start and end time, splits the long lines and translates — verses included. You watch it through and fix the rare word.
97% of lines ship without an edit — measured across 200,000+ real subtitle lines.
The moment generic AI gets wrong
When a preacher quotes John 3:16, your congregation expects the Bible they know — not a fresh machine translation of it.
Generic AI translator
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…”
“Allah sangat mengasihi dunia sehingga Dia memberikan Putra-Nya yang tunggal…”
A literal re-translation — not the Bible Indonesian churches read.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…”
“Karena begitu besar kasih Allah akan dunia ini, sehingga Ia telah mengaruniakan Anak-Nya yang tunggal…”
The wording Indonesian congregations recognize (Terjemahan Baru) — taken from a real sermon subtitled with the Studio.

Questions, answered
What is Christian Translator Studio?›
Christian Translator Studio is a desktop app that translates sermon subtitles with Christian terminology, rendering Bible verses in the wording churches recognize instead of machine-translating them — a one-hour sermon transcribes in seconds.
How is it different from generic subtitle tools?›
Generic AI translators paraphrase scripture and miss church vocabulary. Christian Translator Studio recognizes when a preacher is quoting the Bible and uses the wording of a real translation in the target language (for example Terjemahan Baru in Indonesian or Reina-Valera 1960 in Spanish), and it translates Christian terms — worship, communion, righteousness — the way churches actually say them.
Does my sermon video get uploaded?›
Never the video. Cloud transcription sends only compressed audio (about 14 MB per sermon-hour) and returns in seconds. Prefer everything on-device? Switch to local transcription mode and audio stays on your machine too.
How much faster is it than subtitling by hand?›
Subtitling manually — typing lines, dragging start and end times, looking up quoted verses — takes about an hour for every ten minutes of video. With the Studio the machine does that in one pass and your job is a watch-through review: across 200,000+ real subtitle lines from published sermons, 97% needed no edit at all.
How much does it cost?›
You get 90 free minutes when you create an account — enough to subtitle a full sermon. After that, credit packs start at $9 for 120 minutes, and subscriptions start at $9/month. One credit-minute equals one minute of translated video.
Which platforms does it run on?›
Christian Translator Studio runs on macOS and Windows. It exports SRT and ASS subtitle files and can burn subtitles directly into your video.
